Clevo's website is about useless as well as I'm sure you've discovered. I was looking to see if there was a BIOS update or even a manual. I guess they purge their site of laptops they don't make anymore.The only info I could find about any blinky lights as you described was about a dozen on varies HP forums asking why their laptop is blinking at them. The consensus was, it's an indicator the ram may have been unseated and/or going bad. The advice was to re-seat the ram.
The fact that it doesn't do it when you run a liveusb confuses me even more.
